**novita Retail Team is passionate about sharing our products knowledge and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We're now seeking 5 x experienced Retail Representatives to join our team and share their expertise with customers.**

FULL Time/ Permanent Part Time Salary Package: Basic + Commissions + Incentives
Basic Salary: $2,000 to $2,600 + Commissions + Incentives (Up to $70k/ Annual)
- Employment type: Full-time/ Permanent Part Time positions
- Work schedule: Retails Hours (Weekend & Public Holidays is a requirement)
- Workday: 5 / 6 Day per week
- Area of assignment: Island-wide Electrical Retail Outlets, Department Stores, novita outlets & Roadshows
- Benefits includes staff discount, HR Welfare Programs & etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively promote concept, sell lifestyle and home appliances products to a range of prospective customers.
- Execute enticing product demonstration to tap on customers’ interests and awareness.
- Deliver a high level of customer service by attending to customers’ needs, responding to queries, and handling grievances.
- Take responsibility in the overall retail store merchandising and maintenance.
- Exhibit competence and flexibility in performing other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

**Job qualifications**:

- Work Experience: Minimum 1-year in retail sales experience (preferably in Home appliances)
- With articulate communication skills
- Knowledgeable in sales strategies
- Has a presentable and pleasant personality
- Perpetually self-motivated and goal-oriented
