As an Assistant Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our innovation team, focusing on the conceptualization, development and implementation of cutting-edge digital innovation projects. You will be at the forefront of exploring and integrating advanced technologies, including business intelligence, artifical intelligence, and other emerging tech trends, to drive growth and efficiency within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end innovation projects including ideation, validation and implementation.
- Develop and execute innovation strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources for project execution.
- Present recommedations and project updates to mid-level management.
- Support implementation of innovative initiatives, execute pilot testing and/or protyping activities, prepare reports to present outcome.
- Evaluate potential risks and benefits of innovation projects and make informed decisions.
- Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators for innovation project.
- Communicate work improvement processes to employees and ensure changed processes conform to legal requirements, organizational policies and sustainability principles.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and encourage teams to use newer ways of looking at established systems or processes to engender a productive and innovative culture
- Supervise and coach executive

Criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management and familiarity with agile methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, or a related field.
- With at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Science or Engineering
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, cross-functional, and inter-cultural networking capabilities and have a strong enthusiasm for technologies.
- Passionate and curious in Technology, emerging trends, and innovation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter and able to collaborate effectively across teams to meet business objectives.
