**Who You'll Work With**
In your role as a Partner Services Sales Specialist for APJC, you will be the region’s Technical Services (TS) and Advanced Services (AS) go-to-market lead in accelerating the Services sales capabilities and Services growth of targeted partners. Our collective goal is to execute on Cisco Services strategy with partners, that helps them to transition from reactive Services to proactive Services model. Your role is focus on driving Services attach to deals, with focus on developing a partner Advanced Services strategy and execution to deliver growth for but not limited to Business Critical Services (BCS). The role will also be the owner of driving Lifecycle Selling motion with partners to ensure the Digital Lifecycle Selling Experience is adopted. You will be working alongside the core team of Partner Account Managers and Services Sales Specialist Team. Reporting into the APJC Partner Sales team, the Partner Services Sales BDM will maintain tight alignment with the Theatre Partner Sales & Services team.

**What You‘ll Do**
Your role is Partner Services Sales Growth with focus on TS attach and AS acceleration, unpinned by Lifecycle Selling adoption by the Cisco Channel community. You will establish the strategy and drive services growth initiatives that identify opportunities, build pipelines and deliver the services business outcomes for Cisco and Partners in TS and AS.
You will:
- Serve as the regional Partner Services Sales expert and own the region’s Partner Services TS and AS Strategy
- Lead Partner Services sales alignment with Cisco Partner and Services leadership
- Collaborate with CX Partner Specialists to identify and build AS partner landscape
- Establish Services demand generation initiatives that build partners pipelines and bookings
- Support CX Partner Specialists to help partners in developing their ‘edge’ and defining their market position around Cisco AS strategy and value creation
- Align with APJC Compliance team to drive partner services cadence in both TS and AS
- Work with Global Partner Organization and Global Services team to implement Global Partner CX Programs
Here are the primary responsibilities of the role:
- Sales Acceleration - Work with APJC and Theatre Services leaders to align on AS and TS growth target, establish AS partner strategy and develop partner value in delivering BCS. Be the single point of owner for overall TS and AS forecast, pipelines generation and conversion to bookings with targeted partners
- Offers Innovation - Collaborate with PAMs, Services Specialists and identified AS Partners to drive services creation leveraging BCS insights that deliver customer outcomes faster
- Partner BCS Sales Readiness - Work with CX Partner Enablement team to strengthen partner selling competency.
- Lifecycle Selling Practice - Build Partner Lifecycle Selling adoption Strategy and execution. Responsible for achieving Partner Lifecycle Selling Digital Experience metrics including but not limited to Lifecycle Selling Toolkit adoption
- Demand Generation - Build marketing and promotion campaigns that generate opportunities, pipelines and conversion to bookings
- Measure - Opportunities, pipelines and Sales performance
**Who You Are**
- You are proficient at building and strengthening a partner's ability to succeed with overall Services portfolio with focus on AS
- You love partner interactions and understand partner needs
- You have a thorough understanding of lifecycle fundamentals and aligned Services/ technology/ specialization areas, including features and use cases
- You can connect CX solutions to business outcomes
Must have skills:
- Experience with partner service extensibility and Lifecycle practice
- Deep understanding of Cisco Services portfolio, including an understanding of competitive solutions
- Ability to provide consultative support to Cisco partners, account teams, and other internal cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate, demonstrate, and accelerate the proper utilization of Partner Advanced Services and its Profitability Model
- Clear understanding of high-level business landscape including key strategic priorities, processes, and competitive marketplace
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills that strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders up to the executive level
**Required Experience**
- BS/ BA or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in services sales, lifecycle consulting, or direct partner interfacing role with a deep understanding of Services or CX industry best practices
- Extensive understanding of lifecycle fundamentals
- Experience in business case development, service creation, and driving execution plans
- Willingness and ability to travel 30% is expected
