**Attachment Description**

Training & IT Support Executive reports to the Managing Director and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to manage, maintain, support and troubleshoot three major principals' online assessment platforms. Key deliverable is to purchase, issue, track, analyse and summarise profiling assessments and training tools, aside from all other IT support. The other deliverable is to manage and maintain our Company's website and e-commerce operations.

**Specific Responsibilities**

As a Training & IT Support Executive:

- Provide IT and technical support
- Manage and maintain Company websites
- Manage and oversee online assessment systems
- Handle software subscriptions
- Liaising with vendors
- Assist with e-commerce operations
- Ensure smooth technical support for internal and external stakeholders

**Technical Skills & Competencies**

**_IT & Office Systems Support + Government Tender & Compliance Management _**
- Active participation by Trainee in developing and maintaining IT processes.
- How to engage IT vendors and suppliers with respect and care.
- Manage and administer full spectrum of office IT installation and software, including subscriptions.
- Gain experience in maintaining and facilitating a smooth IT operation and infrastructure.
- Familiarisation of Government Tender portal.

**_Online Assessment & Profiling System Support _**
- Active participation in fine-tuning processes to provide administrative and technical support to internal and external clients.
- Manage online assessment platforms for three of our US principals that we represent in the Asia region as the Master Training and Certification Centre and sole distributor for world-renowned brands in leadership development, talent management, profiling assessments and training tools.
- How to engage corporate clients and Asian distribution partners professionally.
- Provide direct support in operating profiling systems for internal and external stakeholders.

**_Website & E-Commerce Management _**
- How to engage external vendors, web hosting providers, and developers.
- Actively maintain and update website and E-commerce operations.

**_Government Tender & Compliance Management _**
- Manage the Government Tender portal and ensure compliance with submission requirements.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum **Diploma**in Information & Communication Technology
- Minimum 2 years’ related experience.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint)**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- A team player with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
