The Saab-NTU Joint Lab is an industry-academe Research and Development (R&D) collaboration focused on the digitalization of Saab’s products and Services - specifically for the next generation air traffic management and underwater robotics sectors. As such, the collaborative research programme must be managed and directed professionally. In this light, the Saab-NTU Joint Lab is looking for a Manager to ensure that the industry-academe R&D collaboration is managed well from both strategic and operational perspectives

Specifically, the **R&D Programme Integration Manager **is expected to cover the following responsibilities:

- Support the Co-Directors in the strategic and tactical objectives of the collaboration
- Operational Management the Saab-NTU R&D Programme and Projects in terms of Scope, Schedule, Budget, Resources, and Risk
- Manage various Stakeholders (internal and external) of the Saab-NTU R&D Collaboration
- Coordinate the development and submission of research proposals.
- Manage the administrative requirements of the Saab-NTU Joint Lab, e.g. HR, Finance, Facilities, etc
- Manage the daily operations.
- Provide timely and regular progress reports of the collaboration’s status in terms of KPIs
- At least a Master’s degree in Engineering ( PhD preferred)
- A graduate degree in Technopreneurship & Innovation or Technology Management or Business Administration or Project management or equivalent training
- At least 10 years’ experience in R&D Technical/Project Management
- At least 10 years’ relevant experience in industry-academe R&D collaborations
- At least 10 years’ experience in R&D proposal development (e.g. academe, industry, government, or any combination of the 3; in both cash and/or in-kind contributions)
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in management and/or administration of HR, Finance, Procurement, and Facilities
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in stakeholder management for R&D projects/programmes
