[What the role is]

You will be part of the Fort Canning Park (FCP) team that oversees the programmes, events and operations of the park.

[What you will be working on]

You will work with both external and internal partners to:

- Conceptualise and design educational kits/ collaterals for children to help them learn about the rich heritage of Fort Canning Park.
- Plan and develop programmes for families and children.
- Assist with venue bookings at Fort Canning Park.

Other work responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Perform administrative tasks such as the procurement of goods and services.
- Handle public enquiries, programme registration etc.
- Fulfill any other duties necessary for the smooth daily functioning of the Branch.

[What we are looking for]
- Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
- Skills and experience in design, especially with using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, is preferred
- Experience in venue management will be an advantage
- Enjoy working with people (including children) and has a keen interest in plants, nature and history
- Ability to handle logístical set-up effectively and work independently
- A good team player, able to multitask and work under pressure
- Possess a positive attitude, is versatile and resourceful
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- First-aid trained with certification will be an advantage
