**Key responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the businesses and HR business partners to understand and anticipate their recruitment needs and strategize to meet the needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring business recruitment needs are met timely and effectively, in compliance with relevant country regulations.
- Be mindful of establishing a growing pipeline of young and experienced talents in anticipation of upcoming and changing business needs.
- Function as a liaison amongst business leaders, HR business partners, hiring managers and HR operations teams to enable smooth recruitment services provision, ensuring alignment and connecting the dots effectively.
- Leads and develops a high-performing recruitment team, providing coaching, mentoring, encouraging collaborative teamwork and good communication skills.
- Constantly challenges the status-quo to uplift the operating standards of the recruitment team.
- Where relevant, responsible to drive initiatives, particularly relating to enhancing automation and process efficiencies.

**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- More than 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles, with 8 to 10 years managerial experience in a regional or global environment leading a team of recruiters
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good experience in project implementation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives
- Excellent planning and organization skills and attention to details
- Strong problem-solving abilities
