**The role**
- Responsible for building up assigned specialized recruitment practice.
- Working closely with the manager to drive market penetration initiatives by formulating a structured business plan and developing market penetration strategies.
- Develop and maintain an exclusive relationship with your clients and drive lead generation initiatives.

**Key competencies required**
- Minimum 1 year of 360 recruitment experience.
- Commercially savvy and excellent communicator.
- Driven and self-motivated personality to achieve consistent results.
- Ability to work in a team in achieving the business goal as a group.
