Singapore SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Construction Supervision for HVAC activities
- Coordinates with Engineering / Procurement / QAQC / Commissioning
- Evaluates and finalize sub-contractors
- Assigns tasks and manage HVAC PMT
- Manages and guide subcontractors for HVAC Fabrication / Installation and Sub-system completion
- Coordinates and liaise with other discipline to expedite system handover and prioritize construction sequence
- Addresses and resolve interface issues with Engineering / Construction / vendors
- Reviews and monitor day to day work activities and make the job compliant to project specification
- Develops quantifiable benchmarks so that the scope is understood and everyone knows when the goal shall be achieved or completed ( eg KPI)
- Demonstrates leadership in managing the subcontractor and immediate supervisor.
- Production planning and control of day to day activities, coordinating with the subcontractor and discuss on the outstanding activities during the weekly progress meetings and arranging materials for the subcontractor to move with the job
- Reviews drawings and discuss on the installation and construction feasibilities
- Coordinating with team members in the preparation of the Risk assessments / Method statement for the activities related to HVAC activities
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion
- Identifies and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Inducts safe work practice and procedure among fellow colleagues and workers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Marine Offshore or equivalent industries
- Experience in EPC Projects for Oil & Gas, Offshore Renewables & System will be an added advantagePossessing knowledge of understanding drawings will be an added advantage
