About the role Support Service team on all technical escalation on Chiller and Airside issues. Train service team from entry to expert level, field service professionals and supervisors. Manage day-to-day priorities in solving technical issues received by the team. Lead a service section to provide technical support Lead service section to provide technical support to customer/ contractors/ consultant on testing and commissioning work for new chillers Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with chiller systems when necessary Support T&C team to ensure successful startup of the chiller Attend system integrated testing with customer and have deep understanding on chiller plant system and efficiency Manage a team of service technicians direct reports, and a few in-house subcontractors to support our service team on all technical related escalations Meet customers with Service Managers to support in customer meetings Manage other administrative tasks as required such as field staffs' leave, tools requests, safety related requests, or cost related matters in SAP Support field staffs for any required assistance on technical matters Support field service team in above scope after office hours in the event of critical repairs/troubleshooting Able to analyze overall plant efficiency to meet GreenMark certification and recommend solutions Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions. Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints and schematics Trainer for HVAC equipment and products, includes customer and service team Main liaison with factory to get all updates and solutions Able to generate technical report for internal and external stakeholders HVAC connected services support to service team, main stakeholder to promote and support service delivery Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience in HVAC/manufacturing industry Experience in providing training to stakeholders Experienced in managing a team Pleasant personality, good attitude and good communication skills Good stakeholder management skill Familiar with SAP and Salesforce system is an advantage
