We are seeking a talented **UX Designer (Interaction)** to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences. You'll define how users interact with our digital products, designing flows, interfaces and prototypes that are both effective and enjoyable.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive user research to uncover key user goals, behaviors, and needs
- Build insightful user and domain models from research data
- Define and communicate target user experience scenarios and stories
- Articulate user-centric product capabilities, requirements, and interaction success criteria
- Design intuitive system structures, behaviors, information flows and workflows
- Test and refine the product through research to ensure user goal achievement and task completion
- Foster a strong understanding and empathy for the user perspective within the team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Design (Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications), HCI or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in UX Design
- Ability to propose user-centered design solutions balancing desirability, viability and feasibility
- Solid understanding of underlying technology and mediums
- Portfolio of shipped and in-use digital projects
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Adobe CS)
- Collaborative team player with a creative and strategic mindset
- Strong presentation and active listening skills
- Open-minded, explorative, and adaptable approach

**Nice to have**
- Experience developing public-facing eServices
