**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

1 Daily Update of Project Progress to immediate superior.

2 To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.

3 To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimize downtime

1 ARRANGE SAFETY INDUCTION COURSE WITH CLIENT THAT REQUIRED FOR ALL EMPLOYEES TO WORK AT SITE. APPLY SITE PASS APPLICATIONS FOR STAFF/ WORKERS AND VENDORS.

2 RESPONSIBLE TO ARRANGE SAFETY COURSES SUCH AS AWSHPP, AWSHCS, PWCSO, AS WELL AS IN-HOUSE TRAINING/PROGRAMS.

3 CONDUCT ORIENTATION FOR NEW STAFF AT PROJECT SITE.

4 TO PROVIDE WEEKLY MRMS REPORT/ATTENDANCE REPORT, HIGHLIGHT TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT(INCLUDING SAFETY TEAM) IF ANY MANHOUR EXCEED PLANNED MANHOURS.

5 MAINTAIN OFFICE CLEANLINESS AND OFFICE STATIONARY. RAISE UP THE REQUEST TO MANAGEMENT APPROVAL WHEN STATIONARY LEFT OVER INSUFFICIENT QTY.

6 UPDATE ATTENDANCE (IF ANY ODD CLOCKING REPORT)TO HRD (PAYROLL)FOR WORKERS AND STAFFS IN WEEKLY BASIS

7 GUIDE THE WOKERS AND STAFF TO APPLY THEIR LEAVE AND MC IN SUCCESS FACTORS THROUGH COMMON PC AND ASSIST THEM IF REQUIRED. SUBMIT HARDCOPY OF LEAVE FORM/MC TO HR ONCE RECEIVED FROM WORKERS/STAFF

8 TRACKING THE MANPOWER MOBILIZATION AND DEMOBILISATION AT PROJECT SITE, DISSCUSS WITH PMT TO CONFIRM & RAISE K2 FORM & FOLLOW UP TILL THE APPROVAL.

9 ARRANGE WITH HRD FOR AIR TICKET ARRANGEMENT WHEN WORKERS APPLY HOME LEAVE OR RESIGN

10 LIAISE WITH HRD TO COMPLETE EXIT CLEARANCE EXERCISE WHEN WORKERS RESIGN

11 UPDATE TRAINING MATRIX AND MAINTAIN RECORD INCLUDE EXTERNAL INTERNAL TRAINING HOURS.

12 PREPARE PETTY CASH AND TRANSPORT CLAIM & SUBMIT TO HQ ADMIN MONTHLY BASIS (BY 5TH OF EVERY MONTH)

13 LIAISE WITH HRD ON WP RENEWAL AND FOLLOW UP UNTILL THEY RECEIVE NEW WP CARD.

14 LIAISE WITH SITE SAFETY TEAM, HRD & PROCUREMENT TO ARRANGE PPE FOR SITE WORKERS AND STAFF

15 BRIEF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE AND POLICIES TO WORKERS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED

16 COORDINATE WITH LOGISTIC IN CHARGE FOR SITE WORKERS/STAFF TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENT

17 A MAIN POINT OF CONTACT RELEVANT TO ADMINISTRATIVE SCOPE FOR PROJECT PERSONNEL AND HQ

18 OTHER AD-HOC DUTIES ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME BY PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM

19 FOLLOW UP THE JSJD FOR NEW PROJECT SITE EMPLOYEES AND SCAN COPY SAVE IN G DRIVE

20 CLOCKING DATA SEND TO HRD BEFORE 10:00AM DAILY BASIS AND UPDATE MANHOURS IN EXCEL DAIY BASIS.

21 ASSIST TO DOCUMENT CONTROLLER WHEN NECESSARY

22 ENSURE OFFICE CLEANINESS

23 REPLENISH OF STATIONERIES
