SOCIAL MEDIA SALE EXECUTIVE

**Responsibilities**:
a) Facebook Advertising
Creating Facebook Ads using Power Editor, and Understanding the Analytics
Creating Facebook Ads Custom Audience
Creating FB Ads & FB Ads Copywriting using Retargeting
Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/ SEM, eDM, social media, paid advertising and content marketing, to achieve online store sales targets.
Manage social media channels and grow the online audience
Research, analyse and summarize data of the competition and market trends, consumer behaviour insights and collaborating feature development with Product team to keep ahead of the curve on new technologies and methodologies
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Develop relevant content topics to reach the Company’s target customers
Create, curate and manage all published content (image, content and video)

Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics. Grow followers / fan base
Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales
Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to reviews / queries in timely manner
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g Facebook timeline cover, profile picture, ads, Instagram )
Better integration with other platforms for more effective mixed marketing efforts
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, e.g social advertising campaigns
Analyze, review and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Make recommendations and plans for revising social media, content writing, SEO and social advertising campaigns
Set specific objectives and report on ROI

**Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing or any related discipline.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, content creation on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc) and strategies
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
