**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, etc.).
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Manage social media campaigns and track performance for each platform.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and build online communities.
- Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to optimize performance.
- Create monthly performance reports and use insights to guide future strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Understanding of SEO, hashtag strategy, and engagement metrics.
- Experience with paid social campaigns is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Graphic design or video editing skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
