**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Description:
**Perform end to end duties and obligations for the appointed agency roles from inception and throughout the facility life which include but are not limited to the following:
- Liaise with various internal and external (customers, relationship managers, participating banks, and lawyers) stakeholders on agency-related matters.
- Facilitate and attend conference calls, discussions, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders when required.
- Facilitate consent waiver requests.
- Covenants monitoring and coordination.
- Facilitate and monitor loan operational and administrative aspects is the facility agent to ensure timely drawdown, rollover and loan repayments, project account claims, project account fixed deposit, etc.
- Ensure all original agency and security agency documents to be safely kept are received in a timely manner and properly lodged.
- Prepare timely and accurate internal and regulatory reports, e.g. GST report, Audit confirmation, MAS Returns A & B, etc.
- Initiate and participate in improvements and automation projects to optimize, and enhance productivity and efficiency in our daily deliverables.
- Take on ad-hoc or additional duties when assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge and experience in handling loan agency transactions
- Client servicing and agency operation management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to read agency legal documents with a good understanding of duties and obligations of agency roles.
- Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and yet is a strong team player.
- Well organized, pro-active, meticulous, and attentive to details.
- Able to multi-task, and work under challenging situations to produce accurate and timely work.
- Willing to take on challenges and additional responsibilities when assigned.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, adaptability, and time management skills.
