**Job Description**:
Job Summary:
- Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager of South East Asia, the role is responsible to support the FP&A consolidation for South East Asia, partner with the Commercial Lead to drive business growth in the Distributor Markets (India, Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines) and supervise the controls and compliance activities of the Distributor Markets- i) Financial Analysis, Consolidation and Reporting:
- Prepare long-range plans, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and/or review actual results compared to forecasts for the distributor markets- Consolidate SEA markets for the budget, quarterly forecasts, long range plans and business reviews and review actuals results compared to prior forecasts- Be able to explain key variance driver and insights across multiple countries and cost centers- Ensures budget data in Hyperion and cross functional systems (Anaplan, Tableau, SAP etc) is consistent- Actively support quarter-end closing activities (accruals, G/L classification, prepayments, PO compliance, reconciliations etc) for the distributor markets
- ii) Business Partnering:
- Partner with the Commercial Lead for the distributor markets to manage the distributors, support business strategies as well as to oversee all finance-related activities of the distributor markets- Partner with functional leads as part of the overall planning process and provide key financial support and analysis as needed- Partner with Accounting, Tax and Procurement as needed to ensure and drive processes and procedures implementation across the distributor markets.- Drive process improvements across areas of responsibility and efficiencies- Support the distributor markets team with key communications and trainings on processes when applicable- Support the Senior Finance Manager to provide input that contributes to SEA and distributor markets finance processes and/or country specific topics/issues- iii) Other Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure proper controls & governance are maintained across the distributor markets- Manage internal and external audits for the distributor markets in conjunction with the SEA F&A Manager. Work closely with the internal audit team to articulate key financial processes and procedures- Ensure implementation and adherence to corporate and local policies- Take part in local and regional projects such as business systems implementations and process improvements- Report on cash operation activities and ensures adequate liquidity for operations for the markets within scope- Work with distributor markets commercial teams to develop product launch strategies, pricing proposals and any patient access programs- Prepare monthly cashflow forecast and monitor cash position. Work with Senior Finance Manager to raise funding request in advance of any potential funding need- Ensure compliance with finance policies and controls of all distributor markets- Conduct annual IICC testing in the role of Finance Process Owner- Prepare and complete profit monitoring models for the markets within scope. Work with Regional tax lead and Senior Finance Manager to review and conclude the TP adjustments- Ensure implementation and adherence to corporate and local guidelines and policies- Ensure all company data is collected, derived and consolidated from all departments in order to produce reliable reporting

Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration- Experience of more than 5 years work in similar position/s in an international environment.- Experience in a regional role and having worked in an international matrix organization with a Headquarters in the US is valuable.- Working knowledge of key IS systems (including demonstrated capability of Hyperion, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint).- Experience in FP&A and consolidation.- Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication.- Eligible to work in Singapore.
