
Front Desk Attendant

The incumbent performs day-to-day front desk tasks ranging for check-ins/out, handles guests’ complaints and feedback, directs incoming calls, and welcomes visitors. He may also be required to handle basic inquiries and sort mail.
- Handles checks-in and checks-out, as well as cashiering duties.
- Handles guest feedback, provides direction, and gives suggestions.
- Assists in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
- Registers guests and assigns rooms.
- Handles guest complaints.
- Coordinates room status updates with the Housekeeping department.
- Liaises with transport carriers (e.g., airlines, bus companies, rental car agencies) to make travel arrangements for guests.Pre-Requisites Minimum Diploma qualification from Hospitality & Tourism institutions At least one year of hospitality experience Well-groomed, professional appearance. Strong customer service skills. Customer-oriented with a pleasant disposition Ability to learn fast on the job. Proficient in written and spoken English. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Ability to multitask and good time-management skills
