We are expanding our operations and are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Studio Assistan **(Full-time/Part-time) **in a fun-filled and dynamic working environment.

**STUDIO ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME/PART-TIME)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Manager in the overall management and operations, including administration and receptionist duties.
- Updating of programmes, activities and events. Assist in the planning and execution for events conducted by the studio, or that the studio participates.
- Arrange online order/ delivery.
- Providing administrative supports.
- Assist the classes when needed
- Handle projects duties
- Any other duties as assigned by studio supervisor.
Receptionist duties:

- Take lessons attendance as well as related studio management system duties.
- Receive and welcome parents and students.
- Introduce and promote our studio lessons to potential parents.
- Onboard new students and collection and recording of fees
- Manage sales and recording of art materials.
- Monitor Stock level /purchasing
- Scheduling of students and teachers’ assignment
- Ensuring social distancing rules and safe management policies are adhered to.
- Disinfecting studios daily.
- Assist in management of students who are waiting in reception for class, ensuring orderly entry/exit to studios and behaviour in reception.

**Requirements**:

- Good customer service friendly cheerful
- Good memory skill
- Comfortable talking to Parents
- Must love children and be comfortable working around them.
- Able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin
- Possess positive working attitude, willing to learn and team player.
- Independent, eticulous and able to produce quality work and solve problems.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong computing knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Basic Art knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service roles in enrichment centre would be advantageous.
- Able to work on weekday evening and weekend

**Job Types**: Full Time or Part Time

**Salary**: $1500 -$2000 or $8 to $10/hr

Prepare to work on:
Weekdays 11am to 7pm

Weekend 9am to 6pm

Location is in Serangoon Garden

Preferably able to start work immediately

Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 44 per week

**Salary**: From $8.00 per hour
