**About the role**
McConnell Dowell is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Visualisation Specialist. As a key member of our Group Engineering team, you will work collaboratively with projects across our operating footprint to bring their visions to life through high quality visualisations and animations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their craft, who is comfortable working both autonomously and within teams, and who can prioritise their workload effectively to meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Produce high-quality still renders and animations in 3ds Max using a combination of supplied and self-modelled content.
- Model, texture, and rig environmental and vehicle/plant assets in 3ds Max for use in still renders and animations.
- Post-produce still renders and video animations to professional quality.
- Create motion graphic animation and annotations during post-production to enhance communication.
- Actively contribute to the development of tender and project visualisation strategies and provide informed advice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the McConnell Dowell digital asset library.
- Contribute to the development of internal and external marketing material.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will have;
- A strong background in 3d modelling, texturing, rendering, post-production, video production, and motion graphics.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g., visualisation, animation, game development, or an AEC discipline.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, and a portfolio with examples of your work.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software including Autodesk 3ds Max, V Ray or Chaos Corona, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Have an interest in developing real time rendering skills to compliment your existing visualisation expertise.

The Visualisation Specialist will work closely with the Group Immersive Technology Lead, hence this role is ideal for someone keen to build upon their existing visualisation skills, in the areas of real time rendering and the production of gamified immersive environments.
