Team Introduction
High ethical standards and a culture of integrity will play a pivotal role in achieving the vision of the Ethics Office. The Ethics Office was set-up to guide ethical leadership and decision making, develop, educate and raise awareness on internal policies and regulations, as well as to lead and manage investigations.

We are looking for an individual for the Asia Pacific region (APAC) with a strong track record in delivering quality results in a complex business environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and build world-class ethics and compliance program to effectively prevent and/or detect violations of organisational policies and the code of conduct;
- Improve management oversight and accountability for the compliance program by optimising policies, processes and practices and reporting mechanisms to analyze and interpret risk trends;
- Perform data and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in business and risk environment;
- Provide sound and well-researched management report back with recommendations and areas for attention and improvement;
- Ensure internal controls are capable of preventing and detecting significant instances or patterns of illegal, unethical or improper conduct by employees, agents, contractors, or others working with the organisation;
- Focus on continuous improvement and take a proactive approach to adapting and improving the company's ethics and compliance program, as the company continues to evolve.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree, more than 7-10 years working experience with solid and traceable experience in ethics & compliance;
- Prior Compliance/ Internal Audit/ Internal Control experience in the commercial sector is required;
- Recognized relevant certification and knowledge of current industry best practices relating to compliance management would be an asset;
- Data analysis skillsets are a plus;
- Prior Business Partnering experience;
- Excellent drafting skills, strong communicator/influencer with ability to work cross functionally and internationally across different jurisdictions and cultures;
- Involved in strategic planning and analysis, high learning agility, able to formulate adequate solutions in complex situations;
- Ability to work in a complex environment and able to build-up internal framework from scratch, hands-on, bias for action;
- Understanding qualitative and quantitative risk management (identification, analysis, projections and reporting);
- Project management experience gained through the delivery of medium to large changes across regulatory or risk & governance implementation in complex/start up environment.
