**About Toll**

Job Description

We are looking for a VP, Compensation & Benefits (Asia) who will be accountable for supporting all aspects of Reward and Recognition across the Toll business in Asia and other countries as required, drive annual processes and policy development. You will collaborate with the HR Business Partners, HR Operations, functional groups, and business sites to embed Reward and Recognition practices to enable strategic growth. You will influence strategic direction by translating insights into practical recommendations and communication information

**The role**

As a VP, Compensation & Benefits, you will:

- Lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of reward and recognition programs that drive the desired culture and values for the group and remain market competitive.
- Align and communicate the total reward offering to the business, coach and support the HR team. Strive for simplicity of policy, process and employee and line manage communication.
- Implement Mercer IPE processes and work with business functions to develop career structures and frameworks.
- Support and govern annual performance and remuneration cycles, including costing analysis for benefit structures, and budgeting.
- Provide support and expertise to assess and manage legislation impacts and changes. Support the delivery of benefits within local country legislation / taxation and practice.
- Provide consulting advise and partner with the business on remuneration and reward activities, Provide insights on external practice and thought leadership on trends in reward and benefits.

Qualifications
**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Significant experience in a specialist remuneration and benefits role.
- A problem solver with the ability to think laterally
- Strong systems and process understanding
- Strong data analytics and HRIS skills (Workday), and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal, good presentation skills and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to work in and contribute through multiple teams, and deliver a positive impact to team culture.
