**Job Description**:
We are hiring a People Insights Senior Analyst to join our Group HR team in the Global Logistics Division. You will develop and manage Toll’s people analytics strategy and support the design and delivery of transformative people analytics capabilities to enhance service capabilities for employees, people leaders, and leadership teams.
**The role**

As a People Insights Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Developing a roadmap for Toll’s Workday People Analytics capability - including setting a solid foundation of standard and complex reports and dashboards, to a future of augmented analytics using data science and machine learning.
- Enhancing existing/create new tools (Workday or PowerBI) that effectively communicate data-driven insights and solutions to strategic workforce planning, talent analytics and broader business challenges.
- Ensuring fit for purpose reporting and analytics solutions are scoped, recommended and developed, with a focus on standardization and globalisation.
- Enabling our users to effectively use augmented analytics via hands on support, training and documentation.

Qualifications**
About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline and 2-3 years experience in HR and HR Information Systems
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent expertise
- Experience in augmented analytics (i.e., data manipulation, data analytics, data visualization, & business intelligence). Excellent skills utilising Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and HR technology (experience specifically in Workday configuration is preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and interface effectively with all levels within the organization.
- Functional knowledge of people operations within Human Resources is highly desired.
