Hougang, Singapore Dutch Colony Coffee Co. Full time

Dutch Colony Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee roaster with presence in brick-and-mortar retail shops ranging from coffee bar to coffee bar + kitchen concepts with focus on quality and service, online store through our website, and wholesale business serving corporate and cafés.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in daily coffee production operations including weighing, grinding, and packing of roasted coffee beans.
- Support the roasting team with preparation and post-roast processes such as labelling, sealing, and organizing inventory.
- Handle logistics and order fulfilment, including preparing delivery routes, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of orders.
- Perform local deliveries to our outlets, wholesale customers, and corporate clients with professionalism and care.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the production and storage areas.
- Assist with stock counts, packaging material replenishment, and basic equipment maintenance.
- Work closely with the production and roasting team to ensure smooth coordination and adherence to quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (manual preferred).
- Prior experience in production, logistics, or delivery-related work is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move goods safely.
- Strong attention to detail, discipline, and sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic production environment.
- Positive attitude, punctual, and reliable.
