We have an immediate opening in our APAC regional Marketing Team for the newly created position of Associate Brand Manager in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in supporting brand development strategies, including innovation, communications, and execution of activities in the APAC region.

Position Description (Responsibilities)*
- Collaborating with brand manager, internal teams, and business development teams to provide timely updates and marketing communications to support brands and products rollout across different markets.
- Own the marketing central database for assets upkeep, ensuring it is up to date with relevant marketing materials source from our global offices and distributor partners to affirm brand positioning, build awareness and deliver long term brand equity
- Lead and plan for monthly communication of latest marketing assets updates and quarterly questionnaire review to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of current marketing strategies and promotional tactics and make recommendations for changes and improvements.
- Digital support
- Assist marketing team in updating social media accounts presence for both our brands and competitors
- Assist marketing team to ensure content consistency across all forms of digital execution on all our brands' websites and support in UAT for websites
- Assist marketing team in social data analysis of our brands and competitor digital activities to drive brand equity and differentiation online
- Collaborate with distributors and agencies to execute digital communications, and content creation around category and our brands to drive consumer awareness, excitement, purchase intent, and brand awareness in the online space
- Collaborate with business development team and distributors in the region to collect market intelligence for analysis of consumer and shopper trends, competitors’ information, and product assortment, categories to help identify opportunities to enter as future sources of growth.
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to manage research project and execution to deliver analysis that help drive financial and brand growth objectives across our APAC markets
- Partner with distributors in key markets and agencies in the deployment of short and long-term regional marketing plans, campaigns, and tactics to bring our brand positioning and strategies to life.

Position Requirements: *
This position is ideally suited for an individual who has prior experience in brand and/or marketing management in a consumer-packaged goods environment. Other requirements include:
- BA degree in marketing or business administration; with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability and confidence to present ideas to a wide audience
- Possess skills in business analytics, project management, and cross-functional team leadership
- Strategic thinker, proactive with an analytical mind and attention to details
- Computer proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Basic knowledge of website CMS systems and image editing software usage (Photoshop/AI) will be beneficial
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, creative with an eye for design
- Able to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- Experience with natural or premium branded consumer products and understanding of multi-channel distribution and retail environments preferred
- Prior experience in the Pet Care category is not required but would be helpful.
- Occasional traveling required
