**Management Associate Program**:
Our Management Associate Programme (MA Programme) is a 1.5 years programme comprising of 3 six-months rotations to various departments of the Group.

Career interests of the MA will be duly considered for each MA’s rotation plan. At the end of 3 rotations, the Company will be in discussion with the MA to finalize a permanent placement within the Group.

Quite commonly, MA Programmes are competitive in nature, with a natural funnel of progressive elimination. Our MA Programme is not designed that way.

Rotations, coaching, intellectual stretch, projects, and exposure opportunities are intended to enable and equip the MA for the future. We are not hiring a large number. Selection is stringent at the onset, with full commitment and resources poured into the Programme thereafter.
