ByteDance Data Center Development team is responsible for building Internet Data Center and Network in the Asia Pacific region. Our work involves, but not limiting to, DC innovation, implementing advanced technologies and renewable energy to achieve carbon-neutrality, rapid project delivery, capacity planning, process and risk control, cost management, etc.
Our team's goal is to provide ByteDance with efficient Data Center infrastructure services to support our businesses.
**Job Description**:

- Vendor Management: Take full ownership of vendor relationships, including Telecom operators. This includes regular communication, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Build a reliable and robust vendor network to support the company's growth and operational needs.
- Global Partnerships: Actively maintain and optimize connections with global partners. Understand their capabilities and align them with our business goals. Facilitate knowledge sharing and joint problem-solving to enhance cooperation.
- Operational Support: Collaborate closely with the operation team. Address daily challenges promptly and efficiently. Provide timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Evaluate and enhance supplier performance based on key metrics.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Industry Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of global communication services. Be well-versed in sms route types and operation rules across different countries. Familiarity with sip trunking service and local regulatory requirements is essential.
- Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the IT/Communication industry. Proven track record in procurement and vendor management within this sector is highly preferred.
- Procurement Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in procurement systems and processes. Exhibit a strong sense of cost control and the ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
- Analytical and Product Sense: Display basic data analysis capabilities. Embrace a product manager mindset, being eager to explore market trends and contribute to product upgrades in coordination with other departments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Capable of conducting complex business negotiations with international telecommunication companies.
