**Part-Time Administrative Assistant**
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and keep the office running smoothly.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage and order office supplies and stationery.
- Handle general admin tasks, including office maintenance
- Support daily operations with administrative and clerical duties.
- Assist with order fulfilment for the Operations team.
- Arrange mail and courier services.
- Update inventory lists and coordinate with suppliers.
- Handle phone calls and assist with other ad-hoc duties.

**What We’re Looking For**
- GCE ‘O’ Level
- At least 1 year of administrative experience (retail experience is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Independent, organised, and detail oriented.
- 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday)
