Full P&L responsibility for this well recognised recruitment brand with an enviable reputation for its work within one of the most profitable recruitment verticals here in Asia. The search is on for a well-seasoned C-level recruitment professional to manage the Southeast Asia business from its brand-new offices in the heart of Singapore’s CBD. Stepping into this profitable recruitment consultancy you will drive, motivate, and mentor this enthusiastic, collaborative close knit recruitment team onto further success across several specialist sectors.

If you’re stepping up for this role or if you have already managed large teams before, a position like this is rare for many reasons especially because you will be managing a successful, profitable, stable team of recruitment professionals. No deadwood, no hard luck stories, no failure to manage out of the business, just a rare opportunity to join something very special and somewhat unusual in an already established agency setting.

**To be successful in this role**:

- You will be a sales driven, goal orientated recruitment leader
- You will step away from individual sales and purely manage the team.
- Have experience in managing full-lifecycle recruitment teams
- Have previously overseen recruitment teams of between 10 to 40 staff
- Possess high level of written and verbal communication skills
- A high degree of morals, ethics and professionalism
- Demonstrate market intelligence at the highest level
- A proven track record in delivering profits whilst running an agency
- Successful in developing and maintaining strong business relationships
- Passionate about getting the very best out of junior/senior recruitment teams
