**Key Responsibilities of the Head of Student Recruitment**
- Creating and leading recruitment activity to generate business and identify new recruitment markets and channels ensuring continual development of new business and sustainability of existing channels.
- Co-ordinate recruitment activities, counselling prospects, organising conversion and engagement activities, including attendance at fairs and events through the development and execution of an integrated plan with associated targets and KPIs.
- Critically assess and evaluate recruitment activity in respect of its value for money and investment returns in relation to targets, making changes and improvements as necessary.
- Identify emerging risks to the schools’ recruitment targets and formulate plans to mitigate risks by managing across the breadth of the schools’ international recruitment activity.
- Actively liaise, network, and engage with all stakeholders both internal and external.
- Other duties, as required from time to time in line with the seniority and scope of this role.

**Key Activities**
- Achievement of student recruitment numbers [70%]
- Expand and nurture Agent and Corporate Tie-ups [10%]
- Management of all Recruitment Managers for the EMBA On Campus Program [10%]
- Provision of strategic direction for student recruitment and all digital and non-digital marketingefforts ensuring congruence across all platforms. [10%]

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in **sales **or **student **recruitment for higher education
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Willing to make calls daily.
- In depth knowledge of HubSpot, salesforce and other sales and marketing tools
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication with pleasing personality
- Good Presentation skills Self-starter & team player, problem solving skills, ability to work with deadlines and targets.
