**The Job**

Mighty Jaxx is seeking a Meta Growth Manager with a can-do attitude, hands-on approach and a focus on exceeding expectations. The Meta Team at Mighty Jaxx is responsible for developing the best-in-class Web3 Platform for All Businesses. We are building a product that impacts brands and their customers at scale, crafting a strategy that places Mighty Jaxx Meta at the forefront of the Web3 Revolution.

As Mighty Jaxx continues to evolve its strategy roadmap to encompass a broader Web3 mandate, you will have the opportunity to help grow the community around our foundational platform product that enables brands to provide elevated experiences for their fans.

The Meta Growth Manager will be reporting to the Meta Operations Team Lead within Meta Team.

**Responsibilities**

The Meta Growth Manager serves a key function within the Mighty Meta Team and impacts the business on scaling our meta community.

Performance Marketing
- Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of Marketing Campaigns
- Create and maintain the marketing plan, ensuring continual improvement using hard data
- Drive the marketing department’s commercial performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement.
- Works closely with the marketing and creative team in target-setting, as well as conducting advertisement experiments, computing and tracking user acquisition costs, optimizing per-channel conversion rates, and evaluating post-campaign results
- Conduct market research, whitespace analysis and validation to identify marketing channels

Collaboration
- Work with creative team to align on communication of positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation from competitors
- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Project Management
- Owning the delivery of various timelines, ensuring that key milestones are met and deliveries are of the highest quality
- Proactively monitor and manage the progress of the deliverables, identify risks and eliminate the roadblocks

**Requirements**:

- Eagerness to learn, open-mindedness towards customers of all industries and sizes
- 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B, SaaS or platform products in a tech company
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing or other related fields
- A desire to grow and engage communities
- Strong analytical skills. Structure thoughts, identify and frame problems, and propose solutions with reasoned rationales.
- An owner’s mindset - you embrace challenging problems. Can make decisions amidst ambiguity, achieving consensus amongst stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
- Above all, love for the decentralized web

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
