**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform back-of-house duties
- Manage customer relations
- Oversee people management
- Ensure product quality assurance
- Control costs and plan budgets

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to stand and work long hours/rotating shifts
- Comfortable with handling non-halal food items

**Additional Information**:

- Shift hours: 10-12 hours per shift
- Work schedule: 6 working days per week
- Multiple brands and island-wide locations in Singapore
- 2-year contract bond
