Product Marketing Manager, Large Customer Marketing

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, or related fields.
- Ability to speak and write in Vietnamese fluently to work with Vietnam market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing several priorities, influencing stakeholders, and driving projects simultaneously.
- Ability to evaluate problems, dissect data for insights, identify innovation, and creative problem-solving approaches.
- Ability to prioritize, take initiative, and manage projects while proactively communicating relevant updates with key stakeholders.
- Ability to liaise effectively and positively across teams and agencies to drive a high caliber outcome on time and in budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with others.
**About the job**:
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
Large Customer Marketing (LCM) helps companies in Vietnam work online and build a healthy digital economy. You'll help businesses and brands succeed through market and product insights, drive fast-paced growth for companies in Vietnam, while working with teams across the world.
This is a cross-functional role, involving working with communications and sales teams, as well as collaborating with other marketing teams across Google, you'll articulate the value of Google and YouTube advertising products. You'll stay up-to-date on the changing marketing landscape in Vietnam, the Southeast Asia region, and beyond. You'll support the development and execution of marketing strategies in partnership with the Sales teams to drive product education and adoption amongst clients and agencies.
This involves clear communication, proactive project management, finding innovative ways to engage decision-makers, communicating the market insights about consumers and industries, promoting Google’s brand and equipping business teams with proof points, case studies, and compelling proof points of how Google marketing helps businesses and brands grow effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution within the Large Customer Marketing team for Vietnam that enables Marketing and Sales teams to engage with clients, articulate the value proposition of how Google Ads help businesses of all sizes grow.
- Manage projects, including stakeholder management, project timeline, brand compliance, and campaign execution with proactive collaboration internally across teams and externally with agencies.
- Execute innovative marketing plans for Apps (e.g., Gaming, YouTube Advertising) to drive advertisers and agency’s education, engagement, and product adoption.
- Contribute to Google's message, through thought leadership, research, content marketing, and paid media to share with our customers and industry peers via fully integrated campaigns.
- Manage events (e.g., virtual and in-person) that bring together advertisers and agencies to support the growth of advertisers across markets.
