**Position Overview**:
As a **Marketing Campaign Leader **, you will be involved in planning and executing marketing campaigns that integrate sales and events. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn the essentials of **direct sales, event management, and marketing strategy, with opportunities for mentorship and growth. **You’ll gain hands-on experience in engaging with customers, coordinating events, and leading small-scale campaigns to drive brand awareness and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing marketing campaigns that integrate sales and event components, helping to promote client brands and reach new audiences.
- Interact with customers face-to-face, promoting products and generating leads as part of the campaign process.
- Help plan and manage on-site event activities, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for participants.
- Customer Interaction: Build relationships with customers and answer questions about client products, ensuring positive interactions.
- Monitor campaign performance by gathering feedback and tracking outcomes to refine future strategies.Work closely with team members to support campaign objectives, sharing ideas and feedback to enhance campaign success.
