**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As Sales Support, Cross Trade, you will join a dynamic team in develop, maintain and expand MSC’s Customer base in Spore by promoting MSC’s services as a brand, executing MSC’s Business Plan, providing strong customer services to clients and administering SE Asia’s daily booking prospects.

**Key Responsibilities**

Responsible for sales support functions for cross-trade account, including keying in of data into relevant system, report generation, and basic correspondence with customers.

Your key responsibilities include the following:

- Responsible for outdoor sales for all key account/cross-trade businesses whenever necessary
- Assist team in quotations / sailing schedules to cross-trade customers;
- Assist cross-trade rates filing in TMS;
- Assist trade in reconciliation of rates filing for invoicing and vessel closing;
- Attend to customer’s complaint and co-ordinate with various origin office (Documentation, Operation, Accounts and Transhipment) to resolve the issues and uphold our service commitment to customers;
- Assist cross-trade sales manager in preparing presentation materials;
- Monitor all key account/cross trade bookings daily to ensure customer fulfil their commitments;
- Back-up to cross-trade sales manager on commercial activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Who We Are Looking For**
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in service-related industry
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Strong written & spoken English Skills
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Customer Orientated
- Team Player
- Self-driven with the passion to deal with people
- Able to work independently
- Meticulous with eye for details
- Adaptable to changes and requirements
