**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Success in this role will see the following achieved:

- Managing Asia client deliverables as part of the broader NMG global reinsurance proposition, including topic coverage, insights development, analytics review and communicating critical findings to clients
- Maintaining and building a network of industry contacts and developing rapport with key client decision makers through proactive engagement on topics and industry themes
- Undertaking analysis, accessing our proprietary data sets to generate ideas and insights through the NMG thought leadership program
- Providing guidance, coaching and mentoring to a team of direct reports as required to ensure their ongoing progression and development

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**
- Over 10 years’ experience within the insurance or reinsurance industry (or consulting in the same), with exposure to roles including client management, product development / design, actuarial, strategy or product marketing functionalities. Life and/or P&C reinsurance experience is an advantage
- Relevant Tertiary qualification and strong analytical credentials
- Highly motivated to learn, collaborative by nature and able to work effectively within and across global teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to develop relationships with clients and influence the thinking of key decision makers, making strategic contributions and leading presentations
- Proven analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and committed to high quality standards
- Leadership and people management capabilities, empowering, mentoring and developing colleagues that you work withTags
