Our consultants can either implement or upgrade Manhattan software solutions. As a Principal Consultant with Manhattan Associates, you will have the unique opportunity to combine your technical aptitude, business and supply chain knowledge and desire for face-to-face client contact. In an exciting software consulting career, you will be working directly with our clients, many of the region's and world's leading manufacturers, retailers and distributors. As you are expected to implement Manhattan’s industry leading Order Management System software package, you must know the world of retail and possess deep and relevant experiences in order management, inventory, and store operations. **Key Duties and Responsibilities** - Responsible for overall success of multiple software system integration projects including multiple product implementations from inception to installation to include managing project scope, design, budget, resources, deliverables, client relationship, issue escalation and resolution. - Work closely with cross function divisions including sales, R&D, product development and related teams. - Exercises independent discretion in developing internal guidelines and implement or creates best practices. - Implement change management strategies to control scope and obtain additional funding as necessary. - Ensure the project team proactively identifies and troubleshoots critical issues, maintains and prioritizes project issue lists, suggests solutions, and escalates when appropriate. Make certain all issues are driven to closure. - Up to 50% travel required within the South East Asia Region. **Skills/Qualifications** - Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field or related work experience - 7 years of experience in software related technical field. - 7 years of experience working in a client or customer-facing role within a supply chain or software organization - 5 years of experience in omni-channel order management software. Hands-on experience with Manhattan products is preferable - Customer-oriented, self-motivated and team player - Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) - Excellent time management and prioritising skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Quick learner with strong interest in learning new products and solutions - Multi-Lingual including English and either Indonesian, Malay, Mandarin or Thai. **If you are interested in building your career in the supply chain software industry and have a "can do" attitude, this is a fabulous opportunity for you to make a difference
