**About this Role**:
Are you seasoned in the field of full lifecycle recruitment and have a creative vision for recruitment? This job is for you. You will be the point person in all things related to tech recruitment, you will be one of the main stakeholders in deciding the direction and strategy for an amazing recruitment process.

**Role** Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a qualified Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our frontline team. As the principal consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 degrees hiring and play a key role in finding talents in the tech field. You will also be responsible for developing our talent pipeline and nurturing the junior recruiters

**Job Requirements**:
**You will be expected to**:

- Manage the clients and nurture the engagement on an ongoing basis
- Be responsible and accountable for your monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
- Help to maintain various recruitment tracking reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable
- Successful track-record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals and managing a high requisition count with multiple clients
- Proven experience and knowledge of sourcing and attracting top tier passive talent
- A drive to excel in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
- Able to develop and guide junior recruiters

**What we look for**:

- 7+ years of relevant recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team in hiring for a full time IT positions
- Experience in hiring for IT Services as well as Product companies
- Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong problem-solving, data analytics, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal, listening and questioning skills), organization and interpersonal skill, ability to work with diverse personalities
- A ‘can do’ attitude is essential to success, not just for this role but for HackerTrail in general.
