**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparation and timely & accurate submission of all financial and other management reports of the company. Ensure that proper supporting schedules and reconciliations are being prepared- Liaise with shared services centre on all accounting matters- Liaise with auditors on audit of all accounts, records, and transactions of the company.- Scrutinizes the monthly financial report and investigates unusual variations of the expenses.- Prepares all budgets and forecasts covering all activities of the company with Department Heads.- Oversees to ensure proper compliance with tax regulations and all taxes, duties and licenses payable by the company are paid when due.- Support and liaise with corporate departments on finance and accounting matters- Monitors the cash flow management of the company.- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
- Degree in Accountancy and/or professional qualifications (ACCA or “CPA Singapore”) in Accounting- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience- Good understanding of finance related business functions, such as Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis- Preferably with real estate or hospitality background- Knowledge of SAP/Property Management system /Oracle/Cognos Consolidation System will be an advantage- Good analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are pre-requisites- Ability to work independently and demonstrate high level of integrity, resourcefulness, strong leadership qualities, technical, interpersonal and communication skills
