"[What the role is]" The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is Singapore’s central bank and integrated financial regulator. You will work closely with global banks, family offices and philanthropic organizations on mutually beneficial solutions to encourage their expansion or entry into Singapore. You will also be required to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including financial institutions, government agencies, industry bodies, professional services providers (e.g. tax, legal, trust professionals), and other functions within MAS, to create and implement initiatives to promote Singapore’s value proposition as a home for family offices and philanthropic organizations. The team also seeks to anchor key events and conferences, and develop outreach programmes, to promote Singapore as a centre for philanthropy. This job offers you the opportunity to play an active role in the development of Singapore’s wealth management sector. You will gain an in-depth knowledge of the latest trends affecting family offices and philanthropy and understand how these organizations are adapting to these key developments. You will develop your strategic thinking, analytical, negotiation and engagement skills as you work with multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges for the development of the family offices and philanthropy in Singapore. There will also be opportunities for overseas travel as well as frequent interaction with senior leaders in financial institutions, government agencies, industry bodies and professional services providers. " **[What we are looking for]"** - At least 2 years’ experience in financial sector or policy formulation - Proficient in client relationship management skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Proactive and motivated team player with strong analytical and reasoning skills - Self-driven and able to implement projects independently - Able to write well and succinctly - You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments. - As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
