**What the role is**What you will be working on**
- What you will be working on: - Identify strategic partnerships and collaborate cross functionally to assess potential partners (e.g. advocacy groups, NGOs, TACs) for MOM to engage - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of engagements with all stakeholders - Monitor post-engagement metrics to assess the impact of MOM’s engagements - Partner stakeholders to increase awareness of MOM policies and programmes through engagements whilst ensuring that the engagements are within budget, scope and timeline requirements - Identify opportunities to leverage stakeholder’s activities and programmes to support MOM’s engagement goals - Co-develop projects with stakeholders to improve reach and impact of engagements

**What we are looking for**
- What we are looking for: - Tertiary qualification in any discipline - Team player and able to work both independently and in small teams - Good written and communications skills - Meticulous in planning and organising events. 1 to 2 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and/or event management roles is preferred. - Initiative to experiment with new ways to deepen trust with stakeholders
