PebbleRoad is a Singapore-based design and strategy practice. We help organisations in their digital transformation journey by aligning their strategic vision, creating digital experiences and building internal capabilities.

We started our practice in 2004 with one objective: to do impactful work.

We work with clients such as DBS (Singapore), Digi (Malaysia), Sinar Mas (Indonesia), ADB (Philippines), CLP (Hong Kong) and many government agencies in Singapore.

At PebbleRoad, UX Researchers work across projects to help and support teams with research activities and help inform the shape of products, experiences and even organisational directions.

Here's what you'll do:

- Plan and execute research activities to understand clients and their customers better.
- Analyse research data and communicate findings and insights to the team and clients.
- Grow the research practices, especially the rapid research techniques across teams.
- Create a research toolkit for internal and external use.
- Facilitate research training sessions for internal and external teams.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 4+ years of solid industry experience conducting in-depth user research
- Is a good communicator
- Pays attention to details
- Has good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in an uncertain, agile environment
