**Summary**
Support Private Banking Relationship Manager(s) in providing excellent client services and ensuring that all KYCs (Know Your Customers) and documentation relating to Private Banking transactions are in order.
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate and/or follow up on documentations pertaining to account opening.
- Liaise with clients to ensure that submitted documents are in order.
- Ensure efficient & prompt management of orders as well as execution of transactions.
- Collaborate and obtain information from internal stakeholders so that work can be performed promptly.
- Provide background information to Relationship Managers and Product Specialists to facilitate the execution of clients’ transactions.
- Establish credit facilities for clients and provide close monitoring of accounts.
- Participate in UAT testing pertaining to system enhancements and work process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s legal and compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in private banking.
- Possess certification in Client Advisory Competency Standards (CACS) Paper 1 & 2.
- Meticulous, with an eye for detail.
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good stakeholder and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills.
