We are seeking motivated people-oriented telemarketer to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team by warmed leads in a fast-paced environment

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

**Your contribution to the team includes**:

- Calling through a list of potential clients
- Manage leads by tracking and following up on them
- Ensure KPI, objectives and goals are met, fix appointments, follow up through reminder calls and ensure customers visit the outlet
- Updating contact information as needed
- Entering detailed call notes for others to read and understand
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and are goal driven
- Can have a conversation with anyone about anything

**You'll be an excellent fit for this job if you**:

- Possess the ability to work independently and self-motivate
- Are excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English with a professional speaking voice
- Like to connect with people
- Enjoy working with many types of people
- Have proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Possess proven track record of successfully meeting sales preferably over the phone
- Possess skills in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Are persistent and results-oriented
- Are patient and able to handle customer rejection
