**Digital Marketing & Performance Manager**
**Objective**:
Drive paid performance and ROAS through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). Use data to increase visibility, drive conversions, and support brand growth with measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Paid Ads Strategy & Execution**
- Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads
- Research and define audiences, A/B test creatives, and run retargeting funnels
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and conversion rate (CVR)
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure visuals and messaging align with brand tone
**2. Funnel Optimization & Conversion Tracking**
- Implement proper pixel tracking, event tracking (via GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel)
- Build landing pages (e.g., via Shopify or PageFly) for campaign-specific flows
- Continuously optimize ad paths to reduce drop-off and improve checkout rates
**3. Data Analytics & Reporting**
- Provide weekly reports on campaign performance (ROAS, spend, CTR, CPA, etc.)
- Identify underperforming ads, suggest and test improvements
- Provide recommendations based on trend analysis and attribution models
**4. Budget Management**
- Manage monthly ad spend
- Reallocate budget based on performance and campaign needs
- Maintain a monthly paid marketing plan with spend justification and outcome targets
- Sync Meta + TikTok remarketing efforts with Klaviyo or CRM
- Test lead gen campaigns (if relevant)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Freelance
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: $6.46 - $42.03 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
