Hiring **Service Desk officer (Contract) **for 12 months renewable contract position

**Resposibilities**
- Attending to internal calls from Service Desk department, provide User Accounts.
- Assist with provisioning, deprovisioning, modification of User and Admin Accounts
- Assist with submitting service request to relevant team for creation and termination of
- computer hostnames and security groups.
- Assist to submit Technical On-boarding forms.
- service downtime etc.
- Preparing reports and documents for Server and Network Team.
- Involved in Incident Management and Tickets Handling for BAU.
- Assets, Stocks, Inventory management and maintaining the Master Sheet.
- Service oriented with courteous demeanour and able to build immediate rapport with clients.
- Provided constant and reliable administrative support Office Team members.
