The Business Unit Manager (Fertility, Neurology & Immunology) will lead, develop, implement and own the execution of sales strategy, which increases market share, achieves above market growth, and empowers a high-performing team to succeed. This position will be located in our Singapore office and responsible for Singapore and Brunei markets.
**Your Role**:
- Lead business unit to achieve P&L targets.
- Develop business strategies to achieve short-term goals and long-term business objectives.
- Set clear direction and vision for the commercial team to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead and develop people to achieve team and individual excellence.
- Build a high-performing team by providing ongoing mentoring, training and development.
- Plan and ensure implementation of strategic sales force efficiency activities with clear KPIs and close tracking of such activities.
- Ensure brands, competition, market dynamics, medical trends and levers of growth are analyzed on a regular basis.
- Develop views on brand issues, market development, competitive positioning, and customer segments.
- Ensure collaborative partnership between cross-functional teams, regional functions, and global franchise teams.
- Support and participate in regional and global initiatives as well as assigned tasks.
- Identify, develop and maintain professional relationships with key customers, KOLs, and scientific societies.
- Identify new opportunities and ways to better meet customer needs, serves as a role model in terms of customer orientation, and develop a high-performing customer-centric organization.
- Supply chain and inventory coordination and management.
- Act in compliance with local laws, the company's policies, and code of conduct while ensuring reporting team adheres to similar regulations and policies in their business practices.
**Who you are**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in science, marketing, business management or equivalent.
- Master of Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product and sales management.
- Experience in Pharma and/or Biotech business.
- Experience in leading Fertility and N&I portfolios.
- Strong business acumen and customer orientation.
- Excellent organisational skills, work independently, proactive and self-motivated with an ability to work in a diverse organization.
- Proven record of interpersonal and leadership skills.
