**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are seeking a highly motivated **Business Development Executive**to drive sales and expand our customer base. This role focuses on **developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships and achieving sales targets**for our logistics and manpower services.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Prospect and secure new business clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify market opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Meet and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations and reports

**Compensation Plan**:

- This position is **commission-based**.
- Attractive commission structure based on individual performance and revenue generated.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
