**About the role**
As a Creative Project Manager, you'll provide support to the Essence Client Service and Project team teams in regards to the rollout of best practice creatives, across target audiences and media channels and provide insights into the performance of media tactics.
Being part of the Business Operations team and working with and under the guidance of the Client Project Manager, the role will partner with Essence Creative, Strategy, Planning, Activation and Analytics teams and be focused on providing end-to-end creative project management for one of GroupM’s largest global clients largest internal business portfolios. This is a high profile role that will be managing several key stakeholders to ensure campaigns go live on time and with the right creatives.
**Some of the things we'd like you to do**:
- Ensure that all internal and external stakeholders (Client and Essence) are kept updated on timelines and scope of creatives.
- In conjunction with the Client Project Manager, Essence Creative team and external Creative agencies, ensure the production and creation of Creative assets across APAC regions and ensure that Creative assets are produced in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all mock-up decks and final creative assets are consolidated in the appropriate documents and folders.
- Understand the requirements of various creative ad formats across different advertising platforms and perform initial QA of creative assets
- Stay abreast of Google product and marketing policies to ensure we are operating within guidelines.
- Document internal procedures, policies and tutorials and develop Essence best practice documentation
- Support communication between internal and external stakeholders on the following but not limited to:
- Alignment on target audiences and media channels for campaigns
- Alignment with the Media Activation team on creative testing plans and reports.
- Sync with Global teams to ensure alignment across regions. Monitor and report on global internal campaigns for shared insights and learnings.
**A bit about yourself**:
- BA/BS degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in a delivering and managing large scale projects
- Strong project management and client facing capabilities.
- Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding on Google products such as Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Competent use of Google business tools such as Google Docs and Google Sheet.
- Experience in a media and/or creative agency is desirable but not required.
- Familiar and competent in project management methodologies
