About the Role

Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate issuance of Group Insurance Bills and Policy contracts in support of Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Track and monitor new business to ensure instructions and data are received and processed on time.
- Ensure and drive accuracy of the issuance of new business bills, contracts and endorsements and medical cards.
- Effectively manage inputs and engage key stakeholders to resolve any operational issues and complaints.
- Continual review and improvement in work processes, contracts, SLAs and SOPS.
- Support to the renewal team in clearing ad hoc urgent escalation cases.
- Manage assigned portfolio and support projects efficiently and effectively
- Set up and review new business policies in core system.
- Provide accurate billing status and quality checks reports.
- Ensure service level commitments are met.
- Maintain awareness on regulatory compliance risks
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, agents, brokers and colleagues
- Attend to walk in agents & customers
