Product Owner, Business Analytics Analyst

The Product Owner, Business Analytics Analyst will manage the end-to-end delivery and operations of data analytics products and solutions. This role serves as both a strategist and a liaison, connecting business objectives with technical requirements to drive the analytics product roadmap. The Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders to gather business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and lead the prioritization of analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. They will collaborate with the BI and Analytics team to consult on solutions and work with Data Engineers and Analysts to deliver actionable insights that can be effectively utilized by the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for analytics products, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives. Regularly update the roadmap based on stakeholder feedback and changing priorities.
- Engage with stakeholders to capture business objectives, translate them into actionable technical requirements, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Balance impact and feasibility to manage project backlogs. Lead sprint planning with Agile teams, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Develop and execute UAT plans, oversee testing phases, and manage change requests to ensure deliverables meet user expectations.
- Monitor analytics product adoption and performance, continuously refining solutions to maximize business value and user satisfaction.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders, fostering a productive, aligned work environment.

- Expertise in developing and managing product roadmaps, balancing stakeholder needs with project priorities.
- Proficient in gathering and translating business needs into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Proficiency in wireframe and UX/UI design using tools like Figma, ensuring seamless user experience and functionality.
- Advanced use of Jira and Confluence for backlog management, sprint planning, and project documentation.
- Proven experience leading Agile teams to deliver iterative, high-impact analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Power BI, enabling effective technical collaboration and comprehensive data solutions development.

**Qualifications Required**:

- 5+ Years in Product Management/Business Analysis: Demonstrated success in managing product lifecycles and documenting requirements for analytics products.
- Solution Consulting: Experience providing expert advice on analytics and data-driven projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support business transformation and process improvement.
- Business & Data Transformation: Experience supporting business transformation efforts toward data-driven organizations and systems.
- Agile Mindset: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, Agile environments with strong resilience and adaptability.
